Standards When it Comes to Relationships

Since many of the posters are clamoring for a quality thread and I've seen a lot of males and females complain about what predilections the opposite sex has towards a perspective mate, here's a thread were everyone can discuss and compare personal individual standards for relationships. I guess we could sub-title this thread "If You Wanna Get with Me, You Must Have/Be." I guess I'm on the plate first.

In order to get a date/relationship with QuintessentialBM, a woman must...

Have a minimum HS/GED Diploma
No Criminal Record(Violent Crime, Theft and Money Crimes are a RED FLAG)
Drug-Free(No Alcohol, No Soft/Hard Narcotics)
No History of STD/STI's
No Children
A Job that provides good benefits(shows responsibility. Those jobs are hard to come by. The amount of income doesn't matter as much)

These just about cover my core requirements.

Physical requirements aren't as demanding. As long as your not obese, have average looks and a decent figure, you're straight with me. What's more important is the way you dress. Sexy and classy = 100% win. I also prefer natural people.... no SMBP's(surgically modified body parts), weave, ect.

Being Sub-Saharan
Able to speak a foreign language
Loves working out
Being a healthy eater(I love lots of fruits and veggies. I'm kind of semi-vegan but I haven't sworn off meat).
Knowing how to cook(Yeah, I wasn't leaving that out. I can cook too)
Likes to clean(Yes, I can clean too.)

For me i need devoted loyalty, honesty, loyalty, caring, willing to learn, not ratchet or thot like or any of those euthenisms. No transmitted diseases and no children or drug addictions(marijuana is fine because it's not a drug). Body type, as long as you aren't fat or anorexic you're fine. Wants children.

at this point i don't really have any standards


i just start with physical attraction + general chemistry => first date
and see how things unfold
most relationships don't make it past 90 days anyway




first month-
just having fun
attraction and convo

second month-
evaluate lifestyle (friends & associates)
how she supports herself,etc.
how she handles problems

third month-
assess the outlook? her plans, potential, etc.

fourth month-
mutual q&a, etc.
confirm our needs/wants

fifth month is exclusivity --> agreed framework for ongoing relationship

(this writeup is way too formal but just a general idea of how things evolve)
