This not the NBA, no one is NFL-ready coming out of the sophomore year save for a select once in a generation player. That's the the fallacy of the slippery slope in this scenario. If you don't have film, you won't be a Top-5 pick period. And like I said, those games matter. Lose to UT Chattanooga and adios to any chance of a 'ship and/or Heisman.
Have you seen some of these college linemen?:usure:

And they're insuring they're going to make it by not risking injury. :dahell:
They aren't ensuring anything. If they are supposed to get hurt, trust me, it will happen :ohlawd:. Training, car accident, medical screening turning up something. :yeshrug:

Usc should have :UmadOH:
Nikka you know this shyt aint fair, but it is what it is.
Comparing Herman to this situation dont make sense.
Just saying, I don't see why anyone expects loyalty in business. Even in normal 9 to 5 business there's no loyalty.

Herman straight up lied to his players' faces and bolted the very next day.

Thats like saying if Paul Williams hadn't been riding that motorcycle he still would've ended up in a wheelchair one way or another:dahell:

Thats why i say the players gotta do whats best for them. I just ask how far should it go? Why not Sit out a meaningless week 1 game against northwestern st if you gonna sit out a meaningless bowl game

We'll never know now will we? he made his decision and I'm not mad, I just personally don't believe in ducking games like that. It's other players on the team banged up that are future NFL players that are playing. Tredavious White, dural, etc. just a sign of things to come in the NFL when it's his contract year. Whoever drafts him better not be surprised when that happens

You think being a good OL is all about size? Have you played football before?
You're the one who implied size would be the difference maker between NFL & NCAA players, now you're saying it's not about size. Which is it?:skip:

If you voluntarily sit in the NFL, you don't get paid.

Would you work for free?

I'm saying he'll have a lil injury and won't play to protect himself for his next contract. Would that shock you if he did that? Wouldn't shock me at this point.
