Shyne took to his Twitter to speak about the infamous NYC nightclub shooting that put him behind bars for ten long years. The introspective rapper tweeted to his nearly 200,000 followers, saying "Scar was loud mouthing too. Thought it couldn't happen then I got clapping popped his man in the shoulder."

Shyne also sent out a tweet about Natania Reuben, who was seriously injured in the shooting, saying "With all due respect I'm certainly sorry to Natania Ruben who was my friend but got hit by a ricochet that wasn't from my gun."

Shyne then linked his previous comment to an MTV article dating back to 2001, which reported on jurors finally hearing from Matthew "Scar" Allen, the man who allegedly started the fight at the nightclub back in 1999.
