By many accounts Bambaataa is STILL doing this and by one of the accounts he almost did some real time in Brazil for it a couple years ago. He's never been checked for this outside of being stabbed by a grown man he drugged who was able to defend himself when he became cognizant... The children he preys on are nowhere near as capable of defending themselves and in the case of the men who came forward, they looked at him as a powerful authority figure which is very close to the truth. He used to run the Black Spades, if he wanted to silence one of them in the 80's he could've got it done without anyone blinking. Possibly none of them came out with this story all those years ago because doing so would've literally been suicide (or their families wouldn't have been safe).

Ok well if there are accounts of him still doing this, then bring those victims up and let them file charges.... Because of course if a man is molesting children he needs to be dealt with.
