Are you suffering from some sort of cognitive dissonance? It literally says, "deponent is informed by Mr. Jackson that informant observed defendant Gil stab Mr. Rondea in the chest." I'm sorry, but this is not up for debate. Below is the 3rd page of the paper work. look at the court seal stamp below and zoom in on the name of the judge.

You can make out the first and last name is clearly Rosalyn Richter, and that the date is 6/9/2000. Take that name and type it in to google and look what you find!

There is no way you can rationalize this away. Irv Gotti's paper work has a real NYC judge's seal on it, that nikka 50 ratted.
