I'm not saying joe didn't give some interesting insight, but he genuinely didn't give a fuk about shyt, besides cardi, about any young mc that didn't involve traditional mc'ing because he doesn't respect it. (maybe xxx, but he could rap and joe saw that mental health struggle in him)... star isn't attached to that agenda which makes him an overall better pairing with ak. star got stories for days dating back to rush management. don't sleep on his knowledge of hiphop; be it mainstream, underground, battlerap, whatever. lost in his reputation as a hater is the objective part and you have to have working knowledge to be objective.

Haven't even watched the latest but now I feel like this should work for awhile. Star is professional, he's well spoken, and he's a straight shooter. He has more interest in talking about these weird new young acts than Joe did.

It's up to Star if he wants to do the song & dance, but Complex get a lot of mileage out of the "Star stays as long as he doesn't cross the line" angle. This isn't live, they can edit or reshoot offensive bits.
There are already debates in the comments over whether this is too restrictive for him or not. I can imagine his wardrobe will become a thing too, Star dresses kinda bugged out.

nikka I don't give a fukk who he worked for in the past the music industry has changed alot since he was in it like I said before if I wanted old stories i just tune into a fukking podcast. If he drops some gems about the current people running the labels I be more interested like joe did
