They actually played well together, just couldn't stay healthy at the same time and be on the court. They only played together 55 games and went 37-18

Yea i was meaning more so cause the injury because they were solid together.

Never really clicked. May have been coaching. Could have been ideal for pick-and-rolls considering their skillsets, but that wasn't really in D'Antoni's coaching repertoire.

BTW, prime Amare would absolutely EAT in this era.
