In a vacuum I was hoping the finale had more of a punch with the extraction. Perhaps a little aerial action on the way out, but when you accept this rolls directly into Rogue One you understand why. The last arc was just getting everyone into their places

One cool note: Admiral Raddus looked pretty good and not like a muppet…and the fact that he didnt know everyone involved made sense…he just got there really.

Wish my dog Akbar was there tho

Maybe Gilroy will take on stories about Thrawn or Vader between episodes III and IV one day.
A vader series would be dope. and they already have the rights to the voice. so they don't have to worry about casting either.
Felt like they made the wrong move doing a Kenobi series because he not really supposed to see Vader again until episode 4 anyway. If you remove Kenobi from the concept it would be easier to execute.

Tbh I rather see the other side of the Galactic Civil War beyond the Skywalker's. Between the Battle of Yavin and the Battle of Endor leaves around 4 years that could be used.

Honestly, at this point I feel they should just leave Vader alone. Vader was at his best as the antagonist in the OT. That is just difficult to replicate if he was the focus. It would be about him hunting jedi? Not what else? There isn't too much you can do with Vader and I don't trust them not to do wack shyt like they did with the Boba Fett series.

One of the best things about Andor was it told a fantastic story with no lightsabers, no force and no Skywalker's. I want them to continue with that kind of stuff. Gilroy and his team showed with Andor he can create a great story without needing any of that.

The only problem with exploring stuff in between OT movies is the skywalker kids were very important at that point. and since they are dead or too old at this point. It would only serve to lesson their importance to the sage as a whole. (one of the biggest gripes i have about the sequel trilogy because they essentially made everything they did pointless and then turned them into side characters.)
If you can't enhance the OT movies, i'd rather you just leave them alone. Do something far off in the past or in the future instead (like Mandalorian)

Yeah and he was dope. I don’t know shyt about him other than some lore videos…i cant watch rebels or clone wars.

I just….dont care about Ashoka as a character lol.
Curious why. I do think the fanbase overrated them a tad since it has some low points, especially at the start of both. Granted not surprising since it is supposed to be a cartoon at first. Still is much better than anything that is not Andor, Rouge One or the first two seasons of Mando.

Between Maul, Thrawn, Kannan and Anakin there are great characters. Hell Ezra is cool and Sabine is not an annoying bytch. God Ahsoka destroyed everything good about her from Rebels. (Unlike with the Prequels, Anakin is a great character in the clone wars.)

Speaking to the obvious, if you haven't watched those two shows, you won't care about Ahsoka at all.

That's fair. Honestly, I would like them to have a new setting that's thousands of years after the Galactic Civil War. Which is what I wanted out of the Sequel Trilogy in the first place.
