640M for 24 episodes and a critically acclaimed series and some of the best writing ever in SW. I think that's a good trade off

If each 3-episode arc = 1 movie installment, that's 80 million per. Even Disney can't complain about that.

I do think the film direct to stream is back to graveyard status. Box office is healthy right now

Right now the overall box office is well ahead of last year's pace so I would say theaters are doing pretty good right now.

I see people going to theaters to see movies they think are expected to be good, familiar, or are 'big events'.

Millenials and Gen Z are a large portion of people who went to go see lilo and stich, sinners, and the horror movies which have done very well in boxoffice lately. They might be more particular but if something connects they will go.
Sequels will do well, nostalgia will do well, horror will do well, and movies with good word of mouth will do well.
