Because of Luke Skywalker and the legacy he left behind taking down the Empire. The first order clearly trains Stormtroopers to fight against Lightsabers. You can tell Finn is obviously still learning and will have to be trainned as a Jedi eventually by Luke. But he obviously has the force in him and can fight. Notice the tagline:
"DISCOVER THE FORCE WITHIN"
It's clear that Finn and Rey are the ones the Force is awakening inside. Luke will have to train them both. People saying "Luke is Kylo or Darkside" are off to me. Luke is being hidden cause he's the link between the new characters and them becoming Jedi. He was technically the last Jedi at the end of "Return of the Jedi" so unless he's been trainning others in the last 30 years. I don't expect a whole lot of Jedi in this movie as well. I was upset at them hiding Luke at first now I'm even more excited to see him on the screen.
