This is easy. Either,

-Let people WFH 1 or 2 days a week

-Let people Work 4 10 hour days.

-Give 2 Fridays off a month.

It's not that hard to fix this issue
If I been working at home for damn near 3 years I don’t want none of that shyt.

Billionaires doubled and tripled their net worth during the pandemic.

Leave people alone as long as the work is getting done or do it yourself.

You know that is not going to happen. In the short-term maybe but long term they will have people coming from all over the world to fill those jobs. Have to be reasonable!

I'll do push ups, I'll do sit ups, I'll run a 5k, I'll chase rabbits in the muck.
Listen to me: I WILL SNORT COCAINE.

Is that what you want? *rolls up sleeves* How many lines is it gonna take for you tp understand I NEED you back in the office?! :bryan:

And this here is the real issue. These cities are going to be missing out on a lot of tax revenue from these office workers not spending their money. They're just going to have to figure something out and adjust to these new schedules and way of living. After working from home all day, people are going to want to go out and do stuff. Businesses might not get a morning and lunch rush, but they'll get an evening and weekend rush.
5 days of lunch rushes guaranteed isn’t going to be made up by one maybe dinner. And if WFH isn’t trying to go all the way into the office they probably will choose the 100 other restaurants closer than that place that was conveniently close to work.

Restaurants already run on slim margins

All these office buildings need to be converted to housing. Same thing happened in the 1940s, when manufacturing left Manhattan they turned the sweatshops into lofts.

True, but if this is going to be the new norm, they and cities will have to adapt somehow.

I don’t see the big deal if they are getting their work done, that being said I want like a 30-40% raise if that’s the case
