This is literally the exact type of thing Starbucks employees have been complaining about for years.
Making employees work open to close and then open again is intentionally done to screw them over, because it is very difficult for employees to get up for their next shift, and they'll be penalized for being late.
Plus his main complaint is that the store is short-staffed, and they only have four people working during peak hours. And considering Starbucks made over 22 billion in profit last year, it is not unreasonable to think that they could afford a few more employees.
Literally nothing in this video is anything we haven't heard about Starbucks for years, but TLR will ignore it for corny bootstraps talking points.

Dude got to go to school, study for school, THEN do full days at Starbucks when he agreed on hire he would be at a more manageable time for his schedule. He is not wrong for this. It’s not like he don’t have things to do.
