Starbucks was my first job and it was fun to work there. All my coworkers were high school kids like myself at the time and time would fly by.
Plus we take the pastries that we're scheduled to be trashed home at the end of the shift

Either talk to the manager or quit. What is this supposed to accomplish? Somebody has to work those hours unless you get the place to close on weekends or something. It’s hard to feel bad for this person.

I worked full time and did school part time and I don’t resent anyone freaking out trying to do both full time to survive and better themselves. Especially someone who only recently because an adult. shyt is legit stressful.

This same person would be mad if they hung out somewhere on a Saturday and wanted to make a Starbucks stop… or wouldn’t care about the person working at that Starbucks. I mean their weekends are ruined too. I’m supposed to just care about this one person crying though. Quit your job and move back in with your parents while going to school.I see we already have a good bit of the “ You got soft hands brother. I just got off a 250 hour shift” people commenting already.
He’s a full time student working there part time while trying to go to school and earn some extra money the Starbucks is filled with customer and already short staffed. I’d probably be stressed out and complaining too.
When employees rightfully complain about unfair workplace practices y’all call it whining. Why wouldn’t you want better for future generations?
