@PS5 did make a good point about Starfield. The game has been in a playable state since 2018. Microsoft basically saw Starfield and paid $7b to buy Zenimax so they can get this game. All that stuff is all over the place on PC. At least on console those things are locked down and you can get fairly reliable performance out of them.
