one of the best movies of the 90s. like someone else said it has aged very well. CGI still looks decent, got some nice animatronic and practical effects also. even doogie howser played that psychic scientist well. too bad the direct to dvd sequels were so bad. hopefully this gets a big budget remake in the next 10-20 years, still rated R though

Watching the Starship Troopers Trilogy on SyFy. Never seen 2 and 3 before. Got reacquainted with the 1st one. Remember seeing the 1st one in the movie theather....shiit was crazy.

I'm mad that the movie never got a proper sequel.

Like I said above they showing the trilogy on SYFY right now.....Never did understand why they wouldn't do a proper 2nd and 3rd installment for the big screen.
