This rumor needs to die. We're not getting Harbaugh. We're never getting Harbaugh. The time to do that was 3 years ago, when we embarrassed ourselves by openly shopping for a new coach before firing our old one.

Tannehill has one more year to prove that he can grow into a playoff QB.
Wallace is definitely overpaid.
The team is slightly above average on paper, but it still suffers from Ireland-itis. Ellerbe needs to leave. Wheeler needs to leave. Dallas Thomas is absolutely useless. We badly need a RT and some real LBs.

this year was hard enough watching them choke again on making the fukking playoffs and playing well when we dont need the fukking win, i cant watch this bullshyt again. only positive i can see is Hickey drafting well and making good free agents otherwise i might be done with this organisation.

If Albert stayed healthy we'd still be fighting for a playoff spot. We have RT in James who is a stud. But we need depth for the line, cuz injuries happen, but we shouldn't have such a huge drop off when a guy goes down.
Another off season drafting like this year and we will be much better.

Hartline needs to be replaced. Pounded needs to go back to centre. Need to shore up that line.

"Out of his depth" is a perfect description. Philbin would make an ideal assistant HC. Good at running practices, getting players into shape, handing out discipline, etc. But when it comes to the big picture, he doesn't have it. If we hadn't hired Lazor, this would have been a sub .500 season.

That's dumb. The Fins are the only football club in the state who can lay claim to a legitimate dynasty. As for Jameis, his only good quality is making uptight people mad. He seems like kind of a douche otherwise.
That's one heck of a silver lining. I want to see Hickey get a legitimate chance to build the team. We're probably going to have two all-rookies this year.
People shyt on Tannehill because he is partly responsibly for the team's poor offensive play. You can't blame it all on Albert's injury. You just can't. There are times when Tannehill clearly holds on to the ball too long, misreads the defense, or doesn't go over the top. Tannehill needs to show continued improvement next year, or he's done. Four years is long enough to coddle a QB.
I do agree with the last sentence though. We need to continue drafting well.

We need to draft at least one Guard in the early rounds and a LB. like you guys said once the Ireland busts are gone and Hickey drafts decent then maybe the future is brighter but i still cant have faith in Philbin
Look how he never gave Fox a chance at RT even though Thomas was getting killed every game, Fox was good today and if he just had the balls to put him in earlier we would most probably still be in the hunt
