Our schedule is real tough, I don't see 10 wins on this schedule brehs. If worse comes to worse, at least we will have a good excuse for losing this season:manny:
  1. September 13 at Washington Redskins 1 p.m.
  2. September 20 at Jacksonville Jaguars 4:05 p.m.
  3. September 27 vs. Buffalo Bills 4:25 p.m.
  4. October 4 vs. New York Jets (Wembley Stadium) 9:30 a.m.
  5. October 11 BYE WEEK
  6. October 18 at Tennessee Titans 1 p.m.
  7. October 25 vs. Houston Texans 1 p.m.
  8. October 29 at New England Patriots 8:25
  9. November 8 at Buffalo Bills 1 p.m.
  10. November 15 at Philadelphia Eagles 1 p.m.
  11. November 22 vs. Dallas Cowboys 1 p.m.
  12. November 29 at New York Jets 1 p.m.
  13. December 6 vs. Baltimore Ravens 1 p.m.
  14. December 14 vs. New York Giants 8:30 p.m.
  15. December 20 at San Diego Chargers 4:25 p.m.
  16. December 27 vs. Indianapolis Colts 1 p.m.
  17. January 3 vs. New England Patriots 1 p.m.

Looking at our first 10 games i dont see any reason why we should have more than 2 losses. Only the division foes scare me, really. Something tells me the Bills will be good this year. N.E. will be N.E. Jest may shock some folks

When you add last season's w/l records, the schedule looks fine. Let's assume we lose to all of last year's playoff teams while splitting the series with the Pats (which we usually do). That's still only 4 guaranteed losses. And that's assuming we lose to the Ravens, which we shouldn't have even done this past season. Every other team is basically worse than us or at parity.

Texans finished one game above us. Chargers finished one game above us. Eagles finished 10-6 and have completely retooled, so there's no reason to assume they'll hit the ground running.

If the Fins actually execute, and admittedly they almost never do, we should be entering week 9 with a 7-1 record. Every team we play before the Pats is beatable.

I guess us getting Jennings means we're not going after one of the top WRs in the draft anymore

At this point, I feel like the best option is clearly to trade down. We have tons of little gaps, but no huge holes that really need to be addressed with a high first-rounder. Give up the pick and let Hickey cook. He's proven that he can find talent in the 2nd and 3rd, so just give him more picks and move on.

yea, team is legitimately interested in him. ive seen Parker slide to us in some mocks, dont need wr but man that'd be hard to pass on. i think hes a #1

but to fill needs and have the most complete roster poss, i think it has to be 2 of either CB/RB/G. my dream scenario would be Gurley then Laken Tomlinson from Duke in the 2nd. id hate to freeze corner out, but i really only like the top 4-5 guys to start right away and they will all go in the top 35. Gurley like RB's only come around once every 5 or so years, i think you have to take a chance at a franchise player

McCain and Bowman are solid depth guys, so maybe if they feel good about Jamar as the #2 corner they pass on that in the early rounds. but if Gurley goes before us, it has to be best cb available whether its Waynes or Johnson
