I agree, check the laws and make sure you are good with city/town etc. regulations. ALWAYS have current insurance, keep every receipt you spend, and file your taxes!!! Also I would incorporate and have the car owned by the LLC and the policy held by the LLC too. I know its money but you can lose everything if you aren't careful.

Cash and carry customers and do not have debit,paypal or venmo are probably not people who make good decisions, unless they are elders who don't trust banking systems. From what I remember when researching a potential move to Dallas/Ft. Worth, Texas doesn't require a CHL to carry in your car as long as you: 1. own the vehicle 2. are not in a gang 3. doing criminal activity 4. prohibited from owning one but check Penal Codes to be or consult a lawyer to make sure. Make money but safety first always.

Due to my criminal record n mental illness I can NEVER legally own a firearm but I manufacture my own weapons(insider....ask sumbody about my ghetto nunchucks....etc) that I keep handy....I'm well protected. N i activated my child proof door locks ain't no jumping out on me lol

Mines is simply a hood alternative to those traditional transportation services that's all. My first official fare was an older lady friend I always take her to family dollar n Walgreens when her kids ain't got time to take her. We didn't go far n she pays for my time cuz I actually walk around the store helping her out n dropping her back off home. Then one of my Patna's needed a ride to pick sumthin up n take him back off home he knows I'm a discreet evasive driver I stay off front streets n I'm fast. One lady just wanted to get sumthin to eat n pay her MetroPCS bill. One person needed a ride to work cuz his car broke down. I'm just a hood alternative.
