Man... do not repeat this to hardcore drug addicts(or former)..... sugar is very addcitive,,,,, but statments like this are part of a marketing campaign for whatever reason...... saying quiting sugar is like quiting meth, heroin, cocaine, crack, opiates, etc.... is insutling breh.... to people who have actually had hardcore drug addictions....
Sugar is very likely as addictive as many of those drugs.

You just don’t like people saying this because you think it suggests that sugar does the same damage as those drugs. And that’s not an argument I am making.

You can use honey for a replacement for sugar. Honey is better than sugar. Also, real honey never expires...it last till infinity. I use honey all the time. I still will eat products with sugar but I don’t buy sugar or put it on food. I use honey instead. Honey is a gift from our brothers, the bees. Sugar is the devil

Watch the added sugar mainly and shyt like maltodextrin

And shyt like Publix lemonade which is 50% of daily value sugar in a small 8 ounce cup. That’s how people slip into diabetes and chronic issues cause they don’t think small things are filled with that much process sugar

I get sugar from organic fruits mainly. I eat ZERO added sugars.

Sugar is crazy tho. It can make you a brain fogged out zombie

POORING MY RUBY RED SQUIRT DOWN THE DRAIN WAS THE HARDEST PART. THINK I'M GOING TO TURN THIS INTO A FAT BREH TURNT SKINNY THREAD.
