Anyone ever start a podcast? What's the easiest, quickest and free way to do it?

Breh making a podcast is easy... I should know because I have one (look at my signature for the link). My podcast is basically me and my friends using 10 dollar mics recording our conversations on my laptop using Windows Movie Maker then converting it into an audio file. Basically I make my podcast the laziest way possible so if i can do it then you can.

What software do you use to upload/host it?

I have the audio files ready. I just need to figure out how to post these shyts.

I upload all of my audio file episodes on the website http://archive.org then I created a free tumblr page and post the embedded links on my page for people to listen.
