The consoles have basically been $300 for a while. The PS4 has been on sale with the Nathan Drake collection on eBay for $300 for a solid month now.
Newegg was recently selling the Battlefront bundle with Street Fighter V and headset for $360.

What is mind boggling to me is how Nintendo refuses to drop the price on the Wii U. I understand trying to recoup some of your L's this generation, but come on.

No joke, and funny story, I had my Wii U collecting dust for a solid year. When they dropped the price of that 3D Mario Game I picked it up and I bought one of the wii u pro controllers. That pro controller has made a HUGE difference in my enjoyment of the games. To the point that now Im looking for more Wii U games to buy. In my experience, those motion controllers, and that touch screen pad made games awkward to play to the point that I had no interest in playing Nintendo games.
The gamepad is the biggest flaw of the console. I NEVER use it unless I have to.
