What ever you plan on doing your mindset is still that of a fukk nikka because
you are afraid to confront and you consider confrontations with white people as 'integration' or begging. Why do you see black people as so submissive? Why are you so submissive? Are you so afraid of them that you cant advocate for your and other people like yourselves rights? You are afraid to go to them in a public forum and say "This is what I want_____" You are afraid of meeting people with views similar to yours in public? It just seems that your goal or plan is so abstract that it would never come to fruition. Whereas going to a local meeting and talking to those directly in power is much effective.
The shortest distance between two points is a straight line. It just seems to me as if you want something like metal detectors in your high schools that you would go to a school board meeting
or if you wanted a traffic light somewhere you would go to the council
These channels seem 'white' because in a lot of areas we dont do these things, we dont go to city council meetings, and school board meetings, not unless something major or tragic happens. White people be there every week throughout the year, talking, changing shyt just to implement change. While you are afraid to speak up about needed changes. We need our presence to be shown. Right now they dont expect you (a black man) to be there, or if you are there, not to speak up or be knowledgeable about whats going on. You might be able to pitch a problem but can you break it down and explain with what it means and how it impacts? You dont have to be slick with the tongue like Sharpton, or be able to speak like Malcolm or MLK but just have a fukking voice and speak.
Building a nation is the big pie, the smallest of ingredients would be to go out there and be present. Even if a headline said "More African Americans tending to local issues" meaning attending town halls, city council meetings, other significant meetings in their areas. They'd be like "we dont know what they want, but they are here". That's better than a majority of the 'plans' and shyt that are out there right now.
