Miami, London, LA are huge cities full of rich wealthy famous ballers, great weather, with plenty of activities to do. of course dimes will move there in mass.

I've seen badder chicks in Oklahoma than NYC.

The only thing you could say those cities have on toronto is more women with surgical enhancements if that's your thing and they tend to be more down to earth/not stuck up compared to toronto (unless you from the states)

But from a natural beauty perspective a 9 in toronto is a 10 everywhere else.

I never been there, but from that thread @The Wave made it sound like its just a bunch of hicks down there. My wife's family is from Florida, so I've seen their women, but I still think LA is #1 across the board for good looking women.

It depends what race you are talking about tbh, I live in ny, and for a black woman, she would at least be a 9 here.

I don't think NYC has the finest black women, compared to the south. When I went to Chicago, I saw fine sisters also.

NYC has more of everything else though, Pawgs and Hispanic women are finer here than any other city I've been to in the US.
