The state been in Newark before back in 02-05, I had a couple of run ins with them. They set up shop on my block to stop the turf war between us and some bloods on the boarder line of irvington and newark. It was too a point they would stop us if they seen us wear blue bandannas and do our handshake so we had to change our style of communication. fukking CAC cops aint shyt though. fukk the state policenikkas not good enough shooters to go toe to toe with the state police. Back in 2003 they was since you had nikkas getting out the military because they didnt wanna fight in Iraq, they had military training but they locked up or dead now. This generation are just clumsy, I rather have Newark Police Handle the street instead of the state police, they don't do shyt but harass nikkas for walking to the chinese store or driving to work.

if you want to be mind blow i would say that 95% percent of those 111 murders happened in a 20 -30 block radius
