Also, who the hell takes a man to jail for selling cigarettes? If he actually was selling cigarettes which I doubt, that is a summons and keep it moving. The cops were looking to jump on someone. The cops are at fault for his death but this guy has been arrested 31 times since 1988. By now, he should know better than to resist arrest with the cops.
