Lab grown meat will become cheaper than conventional meat and much of the US will be left behind. Aren't conseevatives trying to ban renewable energy in some states as well? They're against anything the represents forward progress. But it doesn't matter in the long run. Renewable energy, EVs, lab grown meat are all going to become dirt cheap.

They don't believe in climate change despite all the evidence. I genuinely feel bad for black people living in states run by morons. They'll just try to somehow blame us whenever their policies lead to disaster.

It will eventually be cheaper than dead animal meat and healthier due to less risks of disease. Plus it will be much better for the environment.

I personally am looking forward to trying it. Imagine eating as much seafood as you want without the risk of mercury poisoning or eating red meat without hardly ever having to worry about e coli and other diseases. The way in which we house animals for slaughter is disgusting. If you seen where your food is actually coming from and the horrible conditions these animals are being housed and slaughtered you wouldn't think twice about going to lab grown meat.

Plus its apart of our technological progress as human civilization. Its time for us to evolve as a species and use our technological prowess to feed ourselves without the mass slaughter of animals.

That's not going to happen. Especially not in any of those states that want to ban it. In weather emergencies, its only cause all the meat is gone that you'll only see beyond meat. If beyond meat wasn't there, then there'd just be nothing in stock

So you can't come up with even a single, simple argument against lab grown meat?

Have a feeling if you were to tour a slaughterhouse from start to finish (cow to steak) and a 'lab grown meat facility' and asked which do you want to go back to for your next burger, it would be the latter

Take away the visceral part of the argument, producing meat on the industrial scale we do is incredibly inefficient. ( land, water, antibiotics ,feed, transportation ), lab grown meat upends 'Big Meat' companies as renewable energy has done to coal and oil.
