I check worldometers.info just about every day. The trend lines after reopening the country have been suspicious as hell. I hear about cases trending back up but that’s not what official numbers show.

Would be easy to do. My brother-in-law got diagnosed with COVID-19 a few months ago, was hospitalized and came down with pneumonia. Thank god he survived but he was on an O2 canister for few weeks. Wouldn't be surprised if most of the people who have this can be labelled as having pneumonia
