Yeah, I'm a bicyclist, summertime Florida is perfect for biking. U know they start football practice in late July right? I understand there are overweight individuals who can't walk and need air conditioning everywhere they go, but just drive around downtown Orlando on a hot summer day and tell me how many people u see walking around the lake eola area.

FL summer nights are nice, but not during the daytime If you can find a dope spot without a obsessive amount of insects and watch the sunset

thanks to Disney most of central Florida is mosquito free. They have a pest control team dedicated to destroying mosquito habitats. Can't have the tourists getting bit. U live in Tampa, right?

Most of Florida is small towns, country and hot with no jobs. Their entire economy is centered around travel.

CDL gang can't even get many loads coming out of there. I hear if you go down as an owner operator you are likely going to have to bobtail out of the state.

That means there's a lot of consumers down there but not a lot of production.

Kind of surprising considering how many people are down there. It's a lot of retirees, students, and snow birds.

Great Healthcare
Stronger social safety net.

South Carolina for the last few decades has been surprisingly gaining a lot of population. A lot of northerners raising the prices.

The state was behind Alabama in population not long ago, but is just ahead of Alabama now.
