States where black people are non existent?

I wonder why the northwest and the Dakotas have so few black people? Asked a professor this and he said cause the mountains

Yeah outside of Minneapolis/St Paul, and some of the surrounding suburbs, there aren't many Black folks in MN... There are just enough for a black person to not feel alone, but also just enough for non black folks to feel comfortable inhabiting the city

Non-existent? They are everywhere. Different areas have a smaller number of blacks in the community though.

Well, to be fair, outside of the south, most Black people live in cities, so there's not a lot of Black folks in most places you're gonna go outside of the urban areas.
