exactly....that Kobe a 2nd-option/robin argument is dead for Bron stans now
bosh isnt a HOF stop it and at this current juncture he and wade are just allstars not top 5 talent in NBA.Bron does way too much to be dismissing his achievements by saying he plays with this that and the otherThat argument always been stupid to me. If fan boys want to dismiss Kobe's first three rings for playing with Shaq, then I dismiss all of Bron's for playing with three future HOFs and a superteam. We can troll all day in this bytch![]()

Actually, his PER was lower
He's never had a run like any of Bron's best, statistically speaking.
PER is a bullshyt stat man. Javale McGee has a higher PER than Kevin Garnet and Dirk Nowitzki![]()
Of course it's a bullshyt stat, because Kobe's doesn't stack up, you can post all the outliers you want. We can use pretty much any unbiased stat that aggregates all other stats, and in the end Kobe's won't be as good as Brons
Don't talk stats then come back like "Nah, see what had happened was" when they don't support your case.
I hate using PER. All those advanced Hollinger statistics are fugazi. PER says that Chris Paul is better than Magic. You believe that? Bob Pettitt over Kareem and Hakeem Olajuwon. Charles Barkley better than Kareem, Oscar, Magic, Bird and Kobe. It has Pau Gasol over Alonzo, Ewing and Dominique. C'mon man![]()
PER doesn't say anyone is better, it even tells you what it is, player efficiency rating.
Chris Paul's PER will drop the older he gets, and will more than likely finish lower than Magics. Kareem played for 20 seasons, Pettit played 11, Kareem & Hakeem saw a drop off later in their careers and their PERs during their prime years are higher than Pettit. Also, Pettit was a beast for his era, I don't know what you were trying to prove there, he was pre-modern era and is one of the few guys to say they beat a Russell Celtics team.
It's numbers with no judgement on who is the best, you don't like it simply because it paints Kobe as a player that isn't as efficient as the other greats.
PER measures a player's effectiveness by aggragating every stat then weighing it against team possessions per game & minutes played by that player and a whole bunch of other retarded mumbo jumbo to assign a value to quantify a player's total effectiveness.....so yea, it is saying who's "better". If you're more effective, then you're better. Its a dumb ass stat. Nobody is putting Bob Pettit anywhere near Kareem or Olajuwon IRL. Nobody thinks Barkley was more "effective" than Bird or Magic. Any "stat" that says Javale McGee is more effective than Dirk Nowitzi is fugazi.
