I've seen too many Steaks and Shakes go out of business in Raleigh but in certain areas I've seen it work.

I always wanted a hoodrat strip club called Stank and Shake.

Dang, food that bad? We don't have any of them where I am (DMV). No wonder it's only 10K then, opening a McDonalds, on the other hand, will run you around a quarter of a mil
