How can anyone defend a company so hard? It's been posted numerous times how this is illegal, even in the op yet you still won't say a bad thing about MS.

Maybe you one of the people MS is paying off to not speak negatively about them

Seriously.. I'm a big Microsoft fan but there is no way i'd endorse behavior that is sleazy and downright illegal. I think Sony will destroy Microsoft this gen and that makes me disappointed.

Here we have a connection between an endorser of a product and the seller of the product and the seller is telling the endorser to hide that fact and positively endorse the product.

i have nothing against Microsoft. I've owned all their systems and own an Xbox 360 and Xbox One now. paying people to use their influence to advertise your product to an audience they built on asocial media site and telling them to hide the fact is wrong no matter who does it. i'm sure companies do this all the time and much worse. Microsoft just got caught doing it.

as a consumer if i'm being advertised to i'd like to know it wouldn't you?
