I don't think Tomlin regrets the move, he knew their passing game needed more juice than Fields was providing. Russ gave them the spark he was looking for, just ran out of steam.
They'd be in a similar spot IMO. They've lost 4 straight.

Fields has a 17-33 career record and was terrible against bad Raiders/Cowboys teams before he lost his job. Nothing about him is game breaking at all.
