As the protector of our civil liberties, how is it not govt.'s fault, when those liberties are violated without recourse, by anyone(whites in this case)?

He doesn't know is that Greek philosophers were getting taught in the Egyptian mystery schools by Egyptian masters ..so I don't blame him since that's what he learned in school..but he just discredited Africa and Asia when he could of thought to himself " that it's possible for tribes to have philosophy like ancient wisdom" instead of saying that ALL PHILOSOPHY as we know it came from Europe..I mean it's just someone's personal understanding about the world..right..I'm sure in china they learn about Confucianism
