Cons: To me the album does fall a little bit after Tomorrow (track 11) which is probably my favorite on the whole album.

After the first 11, Draw Something sounds real out of place, and even though it isn't bad,, I don't think it's as dope as the first 11. And then Buzzing Away comes on which I can't really get into. Definitely my least favorite on the whole album. Then it ends with Just Step, which is really dope, but from 2009, so automatically it's not going to get as much burn from me at this point.

I think the first 7 tracks really sounds like an album and then the 2nd 7 start to seem more like a collection of songs, which isn't bad, because I guess they just took a bunch of their joints off iTunes and made an album out of it. I can't really say anything bad about the first 11. Action's verse isn't the best and Step Masters hook was just okay to me.

Pros: So yeah everything else is pretty much perfect. Ev fans, Al fans, or both are going to be really happy. Al raps better here than any Gangrene project. He has way more clever stuff, and his flow sounds better. Ev is way past the slow flow rapper, and has a lot of different styles on here. All the guests come correct, with Styles P, Blu, Fashawn, and Marci dropping my favorite guests verses.Scott Caan even drops a good verse.

The beats are all top caliber and have something for everyone. Only 2 joints don't have "proper drums" and neither are bad, one is great. There's soul beats, gritty beats, smoked out beats, weirdo beats (Banging Sound), loops, chops, break-beats...like I said something for everyone.

More Wins, Dr. Kimble, Byron G, Legendary Mesh, No Hesitation, Swimteam Rastas, Swimteam Rastas, Rich Man Play, Banging Sound, Step Masters, and Tomorrow are all pretty much 5/5 or 4/5.

My top 5 right now would be: More Wins, Dr Kimble, Legendary Mesh, No Hesitation, and Tomorrow.

This on a few listens is alongside Covert Coup as my favorite ALC produced release, with Albert Einstein and M1CS below these 2.

After about 5 spins this album is dope as hell.

I wouldnt put it above Covert Coup or Albert Einstein, cause the beats on here go hard but are also a bit a-melodic (which is prolly the point), but I preferred the smooth shyt on CC and AE.....BUT, this album is fun as hell and lyrically the best Ive ever heard these dudes. Very pleased with the end result

Yeah I like the smooth shyt too, which is probably why More Wins, No hesitation (which is really more complex and rich than it seems. Really layered beat), and Tomorrow are all in my top 5. I really like the beat switches on Swimteam Rastas, and the 2nd 2 are the better of the 3. Ev said the 2nd beat on Rastas was his favorite on the whole album.

Still got String Cheese and Bally Shoe coming on Tuesday for that Deluxe edition. I do think this album is more James Hendrix than So Fresh or Far Left. You'd have it in your top 3 though? That's cool. If anyone put it less I'd think they were crazy.

M1CS was arguably my favorite production wise when it dropped but for some reason I just don't ever burn it, and when I do, I usually skip through Boldy's 2nd or 3rd verses. Like some of those joints Boldy has no business having 3 verses on there. I just can't make it through M1CS without hitting skip every now and then. I like Boldy too.
