:yeshrug:Better quality rip?? My shyt was from the actual CD and ripped at 320 kbps and higher breh.

No offense to you bruh but I strictly download most albums in FLAC or ALAC . But its all good I went ahead and bought the album from amazon.
As of right now its better than My First Chemistry Set in my opinion.

I have to be honest, after a few listens Im a little disappointed in the beats. Not like its bad or anything, cause it really aint, but a bit disappointing from what we've come to expect. A lot of repetitive a-melodic chops over and over. On one hand, the drums hit which is nice, but the sounds arent as interesting as they were on the other ALC projects, maybe its a sample-clearance issue?

i feel like My First Chemistry set might have a few GREAT beats..while this one is all dope top to bottom with maybe 2 or 3 really great beats..

obviously Step Bros is lightyears ahead of Chemistry Set on a lyrical level

Boldy James says some slick shyt lyrically. He's just pretty limited in subject matter. Kinda reminds me of Project Pat in his ability to tell a story about selling drugs or murder with vivid detail.

After listening to the album for maybe 5 or 6 times I give the album a 4.25/5. The album tails off at the end even though those tracks aren't bad per say.

The guest features were out there to prove something on this. :whoo:

They were not pulling punches whatsoever!! :whew:

The production from tracks 1-8 :noah:

I am about to listen to the instrumental version right now on Spotify. :dj2:
