I still prefer it when he just raps in more of his normal voice. Just my 2 cents. For example, his 2nd verse on here is killer.

He said that ALC doesn't rap on the Whooliganz track, which seems odd, but whatever. He could be wrong on that. He said he thought it was at least Al's 2nd best if not best work since Covert Coup. He said there are really hard drums on almost every joint, but that it doesn't all sound like Just Step and Step Masters.
He said the joint with Oh No was maybe the weakest on the album. He said it's not the beat from the old Gangrene preview (We know this now to be the song Way Out that will be on Cutting Room Floor 3). He said Swimteam Rastas was his favorite, with the 3 beats on there, the 2nd being his favorite.

Check my above post. Damn...I can't be mad at that snippet. That shyt is cool and laid back. Ev is one of my favorite rappers man, that verse is smooth as hell. I thought he had a top 3 verse on Marci Beacoup too. I really hope Al can deliver a solid performance on this. don't expect a 40 point game, but I hope he holds it down.
I don't even know how many people caught what Ev was doing with that Step Masters verse. There was something real specific he did throughout the verse with the wordplay.
