Step-fathers on the coli...can you or would you whoop your step-kids?

If I were to be a stepfather and step up as a father the option would have to be available. What am I to do if her son disrespects me or my home? Tell on him? I feel like that puts me and the child on the same level and I am not going to do that.

I don’t believe in the term stepfather or step kids. the stepfather term don’t exist only if the kids real father not in the kids life and u take them in
As far as the topic goes I sure do and have been with my wife 12 years she got a daughter from someone else and I got 2 kids from ex wife boy and girl
If I wasn’t able to discipline a kid I wouldn’t be with her not gonna be on some restriction and ur kid needs discipline fukk outta here
I even let her know she do same for the other 2 kids
We ended up with 2 more kids together with a total of 5
And I plan on adopting my daughter cuz she wants me too

You don’t physically discipline another man’s kid. That’s an easy way to get yourself hurt even if the muhfukka is a dead beat. I don’t believe in whooping kids anyway and if someone ever called themselves striking my kid, I would lose it.

it’s all good over a decade ago she remarried I know and got another kid so she can do her
My daughter don’t remember her she left when she was what 1 1/2 my son vaguely remembered her
Day I threw her out and wanna say few weeks later maybe 3 weeks she stopped communicating with them

Infidelity?

Ya long story short I got sick in army to where I nearly died and while recovering she wasn’t there for me since I guess she had to step up and do more got medically discharged went back home lived with my parents till we got situated she cheated and was happy bout it threw her out my parents house she briefly visited the kids and then stopped completely
It is what it is I saw it coming when I was in hospital when she didn’t visit me often with our son and she was also pregnant had to do mental therapy 5 days week cuz of medical depression and her
Year before I got discharged I even told my sister watch us get divorced soon as I get back and she cheat and year later when I moved back to states from Italy she did

It’s wild cause we hear so much about “dead beat” dads and fathers who bounced(absentee).

but we never even think about the woman who abandon their kids.

oh this shyt is happening way often than people know
Weird thing was as a single father at that time females saw me as a damn gold mine not for money but seeing a father raise his kids just resonated with them so well
If a single mom does it she is too be avoid which is sad but true not that I agree with it at all because even before I had kids I had extremely good experiences with single moms maybe I was lucky
