so my boy has been trying to get with this girl for about 2 months she was the one that initiated the flirting. They started hanging out a couple of days after they met at the party. The problem is that hes passive when it comes to this and was always hesistating looking for that surefire sign that she liked him. while were sitting here like how many more signs do you need. nevertheless she stayed on him up until the last few weeks where she stopped talking to him or at least having a interest in speaking to him.

now i told him he waited to long which is probably the reason. he still wants to see if he can get her back or finally start something but is too late? i told him to ignore her but that didnt work(a week later) is it too far gone

i mean you said it yourself- dude waited too long. there's too much distance between them now, and it's times like this where you gotta cease contact lest this nikka digs his own grave via the thirstiness of his pursuit. i'd find out where broads gonna be (bar, party, etc.) and have dude show up on some "oooooh shyt you're here too? me and my boys are just out..." type a thing. the chance spontaneity will neutralize whatever happened before.

and if she's into it and he doesn't make a move again, well...a lames a lame breh... but at least he'll get a legit chance without having to man up and call her or w/e...

He will definitely have to be more aggressive and actually have a plan to get her interested again (i.e., have things lined up) because she probably figured that he wasn't interested. There is a good chance that she is just over the the entire thing, but he could fix it by actually taking control of the situation.
