According to my neighbor, Walter Davis is one of the most underappreciated shooters of all times.

They hardly have any footage of him on YouTube.

This is when he was :flabbynsick: playing for the Nuggets

idk how any can watch this video and not see how Jordan mimicked his shooting form and movements. Its damn near the same.

If we talking about shooters at their peaks, the best I've seen were:

97 Glen Rice
95 Danna Barros
15 Curry

85 Bird was great too, but I wasn't old enough back then

Shooters who were more of role players rather than main scoring options on their teams like Kerr, Krover, Novak, Dell Curry, Hubert Davis ..etc don't count imo

Dana barros was a verrryy underrated shooter...one of my all time favs

yea...and you will not find a bigger Ray Allen fan around than me, since his UCONN days btw.

Curry is going to obliterate his own "3pt FG made in a season" record yet again...fukk.

being the all-time 3 pt leader doesn't necessarily make you the best shooter. It had a lot to do with your conditioning, health, and team record/coaching/situation. Just like how Kareem isn't considered the best scorer ever.

by the way, Jason Terry is 3rd off the all-time list.

Exactly, on a similar note someone tried making an argument in a Kidd v Nash thread about how Kidd made more 3s than him, as if Nash wasn't a considerably better 3-pt shooter and shooter in general.
