Steph's Team vs Other Star's Team Record
Basketball is a team sport.
Most people would consider the Warriors as the team of the last 15 years.
A lot of people hated Brons ring culture comments but there is some truth about it.

People hated it because Bron's agenda was obvious. He knows there's a good chance he won't get into the 5 or 6 ring club. So, now ring culture is an issue.

"Not 2, not 3, not 4, not 5..."

Each one about as legitimate as the bubble ring:mjlol:

And i damn sure am no Bron stan. I just dont see a way to put him over Bron based on what we saw in real time.
meh, Bron stacked the deck, and his MIA rings are seen as valid.

All that "invalid rings" talk against steph was deaded in 2022.

He’s not above LeBron historically but him and LeBron share the era equally.
imagine having to share your era with an unathletic 6'3 guard.

Bron really didn't have an era. He had those 2 years in MIA where he won chips, but 2011 was the biggest failure of any superstar's career and in 2014, he lost by the biggest margin in NBA Finals history to a team with a core of players past their primes :picard:

TYRONE GA!
Maybe. But we already know curry wasnt always the best player during his run yet he gets the credit still. If other players got held to a higher standard than him is it really his era? Or is it the warriors era?
Thing is even when KD was there, Steph still drew all of the attention. We saw their record when one played and the other didn’t.

the moved at a contender's pace without KD, even in 2019. The warriors had a losing record when steph was out, but KD was healthy. The warriors went undefeated to get to the finals in 2019 after KD got that calf strain in the playoffs.

In KD's first season with the warriors (2016-17), he went down with an injury and missed a bunch of games, even sitting out the first 2 games of the first round. During that time, the warriors went on a 14 game winning streak, even beating the fully healthy spurs, who had the 2nd best record in the league. Patrick McCaw was starting in KD's place. Didn't miss a beat

Of course they did. The entire offense is built around Steph and Steve Kerr can’t coach another way.

But them winning games without KD is a given. The team went 73-9 before he got there.

I think it’s worth exploring why Steph has had so much playoff success against his peers . 🤔

People aren’t supposed to eat in YOUR era . Especially against you. Speak on it

Fred
Are we serious here? Their team set up was perfect. They won 73 games in a season. Warriors had the perfect team. It played to everyone's strengths 100%. Then they added KD and became unstoppable as long they were healthy. Steph is one of the greatest players ever but individually he did not dominate that era, his team did.

It’s hilarious how Wardell be so chill and unbothered and nikkas absolutely hate out their skin on the kid :mjlol:

What a career
I love curry but when nikkas try to have certain conversations then we have to be real about him. nikkas act like you cant say anything negative about him smh. Other players would get clowned for only having 1 fmvp, but not curry. Other players would get clowned for not being the best player on the team for half of their dynasty, but not curry.

I consider that warriors squad with KD on it the greatest team of all time. Jordan bulls 2nd. It was neck and neck with without KD but his addition sealed it. shyt was ridiculous
