It's more about the where the shots are coming from and how instead of volume of shots. That's why all these stats are meaningless with two completely different players.

Basic eye test will tell you who's the better shooter/scorer from a skill standpoint.

I'm pretty sure wades fg percentage is better than curry and wade jumper is broke, but he hardly shoots so his efficiency seems better. I guess your shooting more argument goes out the window here.
