I dont get why they arent interesting, is it because they win so much? I mean I watch the Bulls nightly, so its hard for me to understand whats not to like about the Warriors

Is it because Curry isnt in godmode every night anymore?
This is pretty much it.
honestly they just aren't entertaining nor are they actually likeable personalities. coli once hated lebron and wade but they were entertaining in the court
Once huh:mjgrin:

you realize i watch essentially every team, every day right? just because I'm a thunder fan doesn't mean I don't appreciate other teams. furthermore that's been my opinion for years now. I'm not sure whats supposed to be entertaining about those highlights? maybe if I was 5 yeah. adverserity is the best part of the nba, or let's say used to be. that's why last year's finals was incredible.

:ehh:@ the level headed response

But at the same time be real breh. If adversity is what you're after the W's can tell you all about that...Y'all had us cooked. KD hit the dagger and I KNEW for sure it was over. It took a miracle for us to get it to OT then another miracle to get the W.

Our 2 time MVP also got hurt twice in the middle of our playoff run.

Y'all stomped the shyt out of us and went up 3-1 and it took god-level Klay to pull us out.

Then we lost our DPOY level Center in the middle of the finals and it flushed the season down the drain.

As a matter of fact, the ONE time Bogut stayed healthy throughout the playoffs we won the title. Every other year he got hurt and our season was basically over.

I don't see the lack of adversity.

They're pretty much a lock to win every game but it's not as fun to watch as last season when the dominance was new and unexpected. Curry and Durant weren't always meshing and it made for awkward looking basketball. Curry hasn't been Curry until recently. Dray is my DPOY, but he has shot significantly worse this season. The expectations and narratives are joyless and annoying. Depending on the matchups I'll be way more interested in watching them in the playoffs.

Wiz are way more interesting because teams that are evolving into something better than they were tend to be more interesting to me. Wall is taking a slight step up, so is Beal, so was Porter. They made a couple moves. They've played the Cavs extremely well to the extent I can actually imagine them pushing them to the brink in a series. Gives me something to anticipate as a fan.

If I have a choice to see either team in Chicago, at same price, Im seeing the Warriors no question. I completely understand enjoying the team building aspect, hence why I still stick with the Bulls through any lean years, but at a pure entertainment value, Warriors all day.

I haven't seen very many teams in person BUT I have seen prime DWade twice, Harden + Howard once, and the Splash Brothers once.

No bias, the Warriors had the area the most hype. Ball movement is boring af on TV but amazing in person. Also the way they fly around on defense is incredible to watch.

DWade is RIDICULOUS in transition, but Miami (at that time, this is like 07-08) was mainly an ISO team which isnt really fun to look at.

The Rockets are easily the worst team (to watch) that ive seen. They shot like 999999 free throws and the crowd just boo'd the shyt out of Harden and Howard.

All of these were against the Mavericks at the AAC in Downtown Dallas.

The heatles were boring AS fukk. The only had one remotely entertaining season and that was the first one when Bron and Wade were putting up 25 pot. All those slow ass eastern conference blowouts :hhh: Revisionist history is a bytch man

Choosing to see a live game is totally different from using league pass or whatever to watch your 10th game of the week. Live, yeah, sure, I'm trying to see the most unique player on interesting teams at his/their peak. I had no interest in Cavs mad years ago when I copped Cleveland tickets, but seeing Bron up close was one of those things I had to do. I think the Warriors play at a high level, but that makes the actual games less interesting to watch on tv. Last year the beatdowns weren't boring because we were watching them set a precedent we didn't see coming, and they were chasing a record. This year it doesn't make for interesting viewing outside of a game here and there (like last night's, which I watched from start to finish).

They had the most compelling season in the history of sports last year...

Just not as compelling now...

And as a Spurs stan I can't really get into a team who sharked their style of play...can't really get into the hawks for the same reason...

Steve Kerr is still in the booth as a commentator if the 2012 - 14 Spurs don't exist...

To me Portland is the only real compelling team in the nba right now...they made what looked like a minor trade and now they a few moves away from being a monster of a squad AND they are a very young team...

Memphis is semi compelling cause these old ass nikkas still be somehow hanging in games and it doesn't make any real basketball since at all...they beat the spurs already this year doing nothing but hacking Kawhi and getting away with it and they ALMOST did the same thing again a few weeks ago to get another win...

I find it interesting because the narrative may have switched:

We have to ask ourselves if the east won't be as easy to get through and do the Warriors look like they may have an easy run to the Finals?

Will it be now that the Warriors will be well rested and Cavs worn out by the Finals?
