yeah.. your just dead lifting 4 plates for fun.. and can dead lift and what you actually train is 2 different things.. i could probably go 490 if i wanted.. but i wont.. no sense in risking injuries.. form or not muscles will injure if its over strained or twitches..What bro science? Fam if you can do 310 twice I'm having a hard believing you can now do damn near 5 plates if you wanted to. That math ain't adding up. I'm not dead lifitng for fun its just what I'm into and it helps when I play sports. If you mean fun as in not professional ok guilty. curry deadlifting 400 is something i need to see to beleive.. too tall and lanky.. deadlifting 400 at 6'3 is not the same as dead lifting 400 at 5'10

second 400 pound on deadlift is not easy for most people.. i just read that article on curry.. they said he is the second strongest behind ezelli at dead lifts...that means the rest of GSW are notdead lifting 400 pound.. it seem they dont find it as easy as you do..
and if you train and never got a strain or a twitch.. good for you.. but this happens to most of the rest of human beings..
