He was definitely a more versatile offensive player than Klay ever has been or will be. He also was a number one option on some decent playoff teams, which Klay has not yet had the opportunity (or desire) to prove he could do.

But when you account for defense as well, it’s a lot closer than you think :francis:

Klay a better shooter than Ray too.

When you take as many 3's as he does/offense is as 3 pt based as his is the percentages arent that amazing. Im not even factoring in the wide open looks he gets in the warriors system. He should be shooting those percentages, and he has another guy on his team doing the same shyt.

Are you retarded

Now Imagine how amazing his 3 point percent will be if He had better shot selection and limited or stopped attempting halfcourt buzzer beaters. He would probably shoot 55 plus percent from 3
He makes so many of those awful shots he takes that it justifies his taking them. That’s what’s so amazing. Reality is that when you take 10-11 threes per game, you’re not going to make 50%+ on those attempts. The fact that he’s got such a quick trigger finger also forces other teams to guard him up close everywhere and it helps get everyone else open quickly since teams are more worried about him being open than anything else.

Philly bouls, Trust the Process
All due to volume. Kyle Korver is number one that list and he's never had season taking more than 5 or so threes a game.

Steph has been taking at least 8 threes a game for the last 6 or so seasons :wow:
And Steph's shooting them off a double cross between the legs behind the back step back from the logo right in ya mit :damn:

Now who else wanna fukk with Hollywood Court?
DAMN JOE JOHNSON SHOT 48% FROM THE THREE THAT SEASON HE PLAYED WITH NASH.

IF ONLY PHX COULD HAVE KEPT THAT TEAM TOGETHER.

Robert Sarver still regrets the departure of Joe Johnson as a free agent in 2005.

The Phoenix Suns were $833,333 per year apart on an extension before Johnson's last season with the team.

:dead: They win the title if they retain him, just retarded on their part to let him go over $830k.

The Truth
Whats even crazier is at least half of his 3’s come off the dribble.

shyt is unheard of.. to have the energy to sauce a nikka and drop a 40ft three in his face and do it consistently

Easily the greatest shooter in the game.

I remember when coli nikkas laughed when I said he was better offensively than you know who:sas2:
