Smh what the hell is Cuban doing, he didn't have to speak on any of this. I turned on First Take today to see his stupid speech perpetuating this mythical "black men are scary when they wear hoodies" bullshyt. What is so scary about an extra layer of cotton padding between you and the 'aggressive black male' in your proximity. When it's cold outside or you wanna be comfortable, hoodies are fukking great. I feel bad for the inventor of the hoodie real talk, he's prolly rollin around in his grave. That shyt was so racist lmao you are afraid of a black dude who did nothing but put a hoodie on and equate that with a white man who voluntarily let another man stick him with a needle several times with documented proof of that following him around everywhere he goes

This is a great fukken point, seriously brehs, look at the misdirection. They are really turning it from a known cac who had many known incidents of racism to a talking point of black people with hoodies walking down the street.

i don't respect the apology because according to him, he was speaking from a state of honesty when he made the "black kid in a hoodie" reference...you can't make claims about the truth of your bigotry and prejudice and then retract it because you might have offended someone
why even make the claims in the first place? even if he didn't mean to say it the way he said it why are we suppose to "know what he means" when it was said in an attempt to defend sterling's bigotry and prejudice?after thinking on this a lil more, I gotta give dr dyson even more props....he made it more important that he didn't tear him down as it pertains to him as a person and his profession....he made it key to keep giving sas props in regards to his job and being a black man....which is highly important, especially since they were on national tv....he didn't risk sas's job nor being a black man by ridiculing nor degrading him...something we (blacks) tend to do to each other....he really did try to make it as 'barbershop talk' as he could and just gave the brotha a lesson...

Dyson summed it up perfectly IMO. Cuban apologized moreso due to offending Trayvon's family, so the apology to them was needed. I don't think he meant them
