Some of them didn’t really live up to the hype but they were all solid players. Of course guys like Kobe surpassed everyone. Guys like Ray Allen, Marbury, Nash lived to the hype.

I remember eagerly tuning in to watch his first game at GT.That was my introduction to college basketball.Stephon had MAJOR hype.Slam Mag was on his nuts something terrible.Only player I think had more hype than him over the last 20-25 yrs was Bron.I thought he was going to be the best player in that '96 draft class.That's my one and done Yellowjacket
