He doesn’t want to leave NO and he’s not walking away from all that money. He just needs more help. They still got Etwan Moore playing 3 :snoop: When was the last time they had a solid wing player? Eric Gordon, who didn’t even want to be there? :francis:

Why can’t NO put a package together to grab Jimmy Butler? Even if he doesn’t resign there, its still showing AD that they’re at least trying
Was playin' 2k19 the other night and saw Moore starting at the 3. I was like :wtf: he's small even for a 2, let alone a 3

A superstar player having 3 years on their contract really means they only have 1 or 2 seasons in actuality. Guys like AD have so much leverage via trade value that if they want to be gone teams almost have to trade them with 2 years on their contract so they can get max value back. Look at Kyrie with the Cavs he had 3 years left on his deal when he demanded his trade.

AD will play this season but by next offseason or before All Star break of 2019/2020 season if he wants out there's definitely going to be some serious conversations had.

kyrie had 2 years and a player option......kyrie also threated to get the screws out of his knees if they didn't. He had to get them out anyway. If Griffin was the GM Kyrie wouldn't have been traded. It was those new nikkas that was on the job for 2 months that traded kyrie.

AD has 3 years and even if does demand a trade. He doesn't have a NTC. They decide where he goes. Just look at Kawhi.

This why I'ma always lean towards NFL over NBA as much as I love NBA. Atleast I don't have to hear every offseason "Brees wants to go to the LA Chargers" or "Bell wants to go to the New York Jets."

As a fan of a small market team, it's just annoying AF when you have a superstar and even when dude has multiple years on his contract it's always "But he sure loves Boston/New York/LA/Chicago...."

Anyways, I'm sure if we actually put a championship contending team around AD, he'll stay. If we don't, and we've shown not much to say we will, he's out.
