He DOES do this. Dude will make an excellent point one moment and then turn around and say some shyt that'll have you like:what:

He can, he just doesn't give a damn. He had paychecks to collect.

This. He'll throw in some pro black stuff in there to try and make it seem like he's one of us because he's afraid that the black community might turn on him. All it is just a diversion to distract black people from all the ass kissing he gotta do to stay on prime time television and collect that check that he loves so much.

He's nothing, but a token and he's fine with that.

Out here in my damn drawls
"But youngsters, you need to understand that white folks got problems, too. Some of them can’t pay their bills. Some of them are struggling. Some of them are being denied opportunities. And you need to understand that, because when people are going through their own problems, they are not going to lament what your trials and tribulations are.”

But that's exactly what he's doing on white peoples' behalf in the first half of this quote :aicmon:

All of these Toms lose sense when a check is dangled :snoop:

Does he understand systemic racism or is he purposely being naive? :what:

Stephen A Smith has a major platform to make a major difference but he uses it to speak nonsense that doesn't do anything but make white people feel less guilty about their privilege.

Yeah. Some needs to ask him about systematic racism. But he does flip flop because he does say blacks need more opportunities in things and is basically saying white people are pushing black people out of high quality positions like head coaching positions. That sounds like racism to me.

I don't know. I'm sick of trying to figure this dude out. Whatever fukk em'

I try giving him the benefit of the doubt but he does this all time. One minute he's pro black and in the next breath he's shucking and jiving for white folks. He stands for nothing which is why he can't be figured out. My thing is what does he get out of doing this? It gotta be that ESPN money.

My slow ass had to watch this 5 times in order to get it lol.

:mjlol:I might not be a huge fan of that word because it gets thrown around too much on here for the strangest of reasons, but in this situation, it absolutely applies :scust:
