If I'm correct the crack epidemic Capitol was Bed-Stuy. When it comes to Heroin, that was more of a Long Island thing. I'm not saying you're incorrect; but it becomes a little hard to believe. No offense!

Maybe you're a younger dude but the qv Hollis area has only been upgrades the last 15 years or so. When I used to visit family there in the 80's and early 90's it was shady as shyt.

That would be Brownsville. I worked legal aid and handled all of the Brooklyn juvenile rights files. The amount of kids born with a toxicology to cocaine coming out of Brownsville made me quit and feel that blacks were being intentionally targeted

Yeah I have family in Brownsville. Lost one of my closest friends in Brownsville ( RIP Kevin daughtery). It was tough, my mom wouldn't allow us in that hood either.
